Gen Z Ski Readiness Survey

In 2021, I designed a survey that was presented to ski operators at the Summer Meeting of the Midwest Ski Area Association. We asked attendees to rate their current operations on several factors important to Gen Z: minimized wait times, the availability of a sophisticated mobile app, mobile ordering for food and beverages, etc. I designed the survey, distributed it, analyzed results, created the below infographic, and used the findings in a website blog that showed exactly how our solutions can help.
